Dear Mr. Tom
in our telephone conversation two day ago, we discussed plans to conduct our birthday party at JCC. I would like to confirm those plans.

birthday party was held on Januari 11th from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. hundred people will attend. I needed four rooms: one large room and three smaller rooms

As we discussed, I will need a microphone, speakers and one of  large table in the large room. In each smaller room, I will need hangers and make up mirror.

On January 11th, we will have a catered  lunch. I would appreciate your faxing me the menu choices as soon as possible, but no later than Monday , December 3th
i would also appreciate receiving the projected costs for my birthday party. I will give you final confirmation of my reservation  on December  5th.

I would like to thanks for your assistance in planning my party. I look forward to meeting you next week when I come to look over your facilities.

Dear Ms. Citra

Thank you for the letter you sent on December 1th. The letter is our reply for your party in JCC. This letter will confirm about discussing plants for your party.

We understand you would like to reserve our ballroom facilities on January 11th. 100 people will attend your party. You will need a total of four rooms. One large rooms and three smaller room.

As your request we’ll provide a
a microphone, speakers and one of  large table in the large room.. We need to know the capacity table for how many people. Please provide us this information two weeks before the start of your party.

In each small room, we will provide
need hangers and make up mirror. This request can be submitted one week before the party.

On January 11th we will provide a lunch. The menu choices were faxed to you last Sunday. Please tell us your menu selections one week before the party. We’ll faxed the projected cost after you decide on the required equipment and type of lunch, we can finalize the cost estimate

I appreciate having the opportunity to plan your meeting. We look forward to showing you our facility  when you visit this week.
